Delivery information
All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail which includes tracking, and occasionally other couriers.
As all orders are printed on demand, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for fulfillment time of your printed product.
Depending on the option you select, for mainland UK addresses, your order should be delivered within 3-7 business days.
International delivery times vary, but you should generally receive your order within 7-14 business days.
*Note* customers will be liable to pay any international import VAT, customs and duty fees. APA will not be held responsible for any orders returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Returns information
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept returns on items which are in original sale condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Please contact us at via our contact form with your details and your reason for returning. We will then provide a return address. Please also clearly state whether you require a refund or exchange. Be aware that as stocks are limited you may not be able to exchange your item.
*Note* Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except for faulty items. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Exchanges
We cannot guarantee or hold stock for exchanges. To successfully exchange your item, we recommend you check online that the replacement item is available in the required size and colourway. Email us via our contact form with your details and we will send this out once you have returned the original item.
Refunds
For a full refund please fill out the returns form included with your order. If you did not receive a returns form, please contact us.
